Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026 · Applies to the voicetodo.pages.dev waitlist and the upcoming Saydone app

The short version

Your voice stays yours. Speech recognition runs on your device, your audio is never uploaded for training, and we collect the minimum needed to run the product. We never sell your data.

Waitlist (this website)

When you join the waitlist we store:

• Your email address — to invite you to the beta and announce the launch. Nothing else. No spam, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Signup context — the referral source (e.g. a ?src= tag), your country (from Cloudflare), and browser user-agent, used only to understand where signups come from.

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. To be removed at any time, email us (below) and we will delete your record.

The Saydone app (at launch)

• Audio — speech recognition runs on-device (Apple's Speech framework). Your audio recordings stay on your phone; they are not uploaded to our servers and are never used to train AI models.
• Transcripts & tasks — the text of what you said is sent to our servers solely to structure your tasks and provide the service. It is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) under terms that do not permit training on your data.
• Account data — kept to the minimum needed to sync your tasks across devices. Delete your account and your data goes with it.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of personal data. Ever.
• No advertising trackers or cookies on this site. We count page views with an anonymous, cookieless beacon (page, referral source, country) that cannot identify you.
• No training AI models on your audio or your tasks.
